Job summary

Bo International is seeking a Senior Formulation Chemist to develop high-performance formulations for skincare, haircare, body care, and sunscreens. The role emphasizes scaling, market readiness, and regulatory compliance across India and international markets.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with emulsions, gels, surfactants, actives, and sunscreen filters, and can optimize cost, stability, and production scale-up while maintaining rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 10 years of hands-on formulation experience.
• Strong expertise in emulsions, gels, surfactant systems, and actives.
• Sunscreen experience (SPF / PA / UV filters) is a big plus.
• Comfortable with raw material substitution, cost optimization, and scale-up issues.
• Practical mindset — you know what works in the factory, not just on paper.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
