Vascon Engineers is seeking a Shuttering Foreman to supervise RCC structure work on-site, ensuring proper use of plywood and shuttering materials, and monitoring formwork quality. The role requires hands-on oversight and adherence to project specifications across multiple sites in Maharashtra and adjacent regions.

Qualifications

Experience supervising RCC structure work on site.
Efficient use of plywood and shuttering material.
Monitoring of repetition of shuttering material and formwork quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise RCC structure work on site and ensure compliance with design drawings.
Ensure efficient use of plywood and shuttering material and manage material wastage.
Check form work, align/shim as required, and monitor repetition of shuttering material for consistency.
