Summary of Job

• Smooth erection & commissioning of CFBC Boiler (Thyssen crop). Required for parallel operation of Boiler.
• Monitoring and controlling DCS Operation.
• Knowledge of Boiler Interlock and Safety.
• Performance monitoring of Boiler and its Auxiliaries.
• Carried out the steam blowing of various Boiler and Turbine auxiliaries.
• Expertise in operation for Hot & Cold Start-up and Shutdown of Boiler and Turbine auxiliaries.
• Experience in troubleshooting the rotary equipment of Boiler.

Key Responsibilities

(Performance Indicators)

Person having experience to operate CFBC(tkl) Boiler DCS. Responsible for all instrument and control system equipment regular maintenance and repairing, such as all field instrumentation, valves, and flow meters.

Qualification & Experience

Boiler First Class Attendant Experience 7-10 years must have been CFBC Boiler.

ITI and Boiler First Class Attendant Certificate. Experience must have been CFBC Boiler, Cooling Tower, CHP, AHP, ESP, DM Plant, and STG.
