MSC Nutra in Pune is offering a full-time in-office internship to develop nutraceutical formulations from concept to pilot batch and scale-up. You will work on tablets, capsules, powders, liquids, gummies, jellies, soft chews and candies, coordinating with QC and external labs.

The role requires hands-on formulation experience in multiple formats, knowledge of FSSAI regulations, and the ability to manage several client projects with good English communication.

Competenze

• Hands-on formulation experience in at least two formats; gummies or confectionery is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of FSSAI nutraceutical regulations.
• Ability to handle several client projects at once and meet timelines.
• Good documentation and communication in English.
• Experience with stability studies and scale-up.
• Experience in a contract-manufacturing or brand-development setup.
• Knowledge of flavour masking and sugar-free systems.

Mansioni

About the internship

You will develop nutraceutical formulations for client brands, from concept to pilot batch to scale-up. Formats include tablets, capsules, powders, liquids, gummies, jellies, soft chews and candies.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities

1. Develop formulations to the client's brief: active doses, excipients, flavour, colour and cost targets.
2. Make pilot batches of up to 5 kg and support scale-up to commercial batches.
3. Run trials for taste, texture, stability, flow, hardness, and disintegration as relevant.
4. Prepare formulation sheets, BOMs, MFRs and BMRs (master formula and batch manufacturing records) and costing.
