Job summary

Mahanadi Spices Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Food Technologist to uphold product quality and safety from raw materials to finished packaging.

You will work with production staff to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards, and help maintain documentation for ingredient specifications and production records. Responsibilities include developing QC procedures, testing processes, and leading audits, with a focus on collaboration across teams to improve products and ensure compliance with food

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of wheat flour milling processes and products.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

As a Food Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our Spices Plant products, from raw material sourcing to finished product packaging. You will work closely with production staff to ensure that our products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
