Job summary

Hilton Mumbai seeks an Outlet Supervisor / Team Leader to supervise daily outlet operations, lead and train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a full-time Food and Beverage role.

You will manage inventory, drive revenue through upselling, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards while coordinating with kitchen and housekeeping teams to deliver seamless service.

• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments.
