Loop by Zolo in Hyderabad is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality teammate for an experience-delivery role in F&B. You will greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate service while upholding hygiene and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Service With Smile & Guest Warmth: greet guests, maintain eye contact, speak politely, handle complaints calmly.
• Maintain Service Speed & Coordination: take orders promptly, communicate with kitchen, respond to requests, process billing, coordinate during peak hours, ensure clean uniform and hygiene.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge & Suggestive Selling: explain menu items, recommend dishes, suggest add-ons, know offers, answer dietary queries confidently.
• Ensure Attention to Detail & Order Accuracy: confirm orders, check before serving, deliver to correct table, verify billing, report for shift on time, escalate issues when needed.
