Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Gurugram, India, is seeking an Assistant Director of F&B to ensure the efficient operation of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards. The ideal candidate has a degree in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong operational and interpersonal skills are essential, along with banqueting experience as a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
  • Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Banqueting experience is an asset.
