Job summary

Onzestt Services in Bengaluru is seeking experienced FMS Software engineers to design, develop, and verify safety-critical FMS software in a cross-functional avionics team. You will contribute to CI/CD, ensure DO-178B/C compliance, and drive software quality across the product lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on C/C++ programming, embedded real-time development, and strong collaboration with Systems and Certification teams. UI experience is a plus in a DevOps environment in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters in aerospace, electronics, CS or related engineering.
• 4 to 8 years of avionics software experience.
• Mandatory FMS software development experience; UI skills recommended.
• Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C and software verification.
• Experience in DevOps with CI/CD practices.
• Strong C/C++ programming and embedded real-time software development.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• End-to-end software development involvement and safety-critical lifecycle exposure.

Required Technical Skill Set

• Bachelors or masters degree in aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.

• 4 to 8 Years of experience in avionics software development.

• Mandatory experience in Flight Management System (FMS) software development. User Interface skills are recommended

• Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C and software design, development, integration, and verification.

• Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD practices.\

• Strong programming skills in C/C++, scripting languages, and embedded real-time software development.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
