We at Fluxtek Solutions Inc (ODC) PSC Infotech PVT LTD provide manpower solutions and IT solutions for various clients across the United States of America. We are operating from 4 bases across the United States, 1 in Canada, and 2 in India (Offshore).

As we provide manpower solutions for clients based in the USA, it is very important for the employees to work night shifts for the operations Offshore (India). Below is the JD of the position.

Role: US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader

Location: Chirala

Designation: Trainee / Team Member / Recruiter

1. Interest in working Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST)
2. Ability and interest in learning new technologies and techniques.
3. Excellent verbal and written communications.
4. Work independently on complex work assignments, review progress and evaluate results, and update management as appropriate.
5. Enthusiasm, energy, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work effectively under pressure.
6. A high level of professionalism and discretion is a must.
7. An ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment.
8. An ability to juggle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
10. Demonstrated attention to detail.
11. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software, database management, social media, and e-mail.
12. Ensure safe practices and environmental consciousness are exhibited in decisions.

Salary:

₹13,000 all incl + Attractive Incentive / Bonus plans

Duration:

Permanent with 1-year probation after 2 months of training + 1-year contract
