Job summary

CIEL HR is looking for a talented Flutter Developer (SDE 1) with 2–3 years of experience to design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile apps.

You will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience, leveraging Flutter, Dart, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) is a plus; role is based in Bengaluru with immediate joiners welcome.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Developer (SDE 1) with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. As an SDE, you will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience. A strong understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart is required. Additionally, prior experience of native Android development (Kotlin/Java) is a huge plus and will help you stand out.

Required Technical Skills:

• Flutter & Dart: 2+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-ready apps using Flutter.
• 1+ Years prior experience of native Android development (Kotlin/Java)
• State Management: Proficient with at least one major state management library (BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod)
• Strong experience in native Kotlin and Swift
• Asynchronous Programming: Strong understanding of Dart streams, futures, and async/await concepts.
• Local Storage: Experience with local databases like Hive, Isar, SQLite, or SharedPreferences.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codemagic, GitHub Actions), and publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• API Integration: Connect front-end interfaces seamlessly with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
