Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to drive development of a mobile banking app. You will lead a squad, translate design mockups into pixel-perfect interfaces, and ensure timely delivery with high quality on both Flutter and native Android/iOS implementations.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and hands-on development across complex user journeys, with a focus on security and code quality. Strong collaboration with design and QA is expected.

Qualifications

• B Tech in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
• Deep mobile app development skills take precedence over educational qualifications.
• Strong Flutter and native Android/iOS experience.
• Ability to translate screen mockups into pixel-perfect mobile UI.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of work from a squad; lead or principal engineer experience preferred.
• Understand requirements and propose solutions to meet them.
• Develop mobile banking app using Flutter and native tech; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Review team code to ensure standards and best practices.
• Document code for future maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Continuously advance mobile app development skills with evolving tech.
• Plan squad work in Jira; lead daily scrums; remove blockers.

About Role

Do engineering work on Mobile app development. To start with this role will work on Mobile banking app development. Create best‑in‑class experience for Customer

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of work from a squad. Should have played Lead or Principal Engineer role.
• Understand requirements and put together solution to meet requirements
• Develop mobile banking app in Flutter, Native technologies(Android/iOS) meeting quality and timeliness goals.
• Review team code
• Ensure adequate documentation included in code for future maintainability
• Continuously develop self Mobile app development capability in line with improvements / changes in technology
• Plan squad work in Jira, lead daily scrums, resolve blockers for the team
• Solution and develop user stories, with considerations of security and code quality

Preferred candidate profile

• B Tech in Computer Science or related discipline preferred. Deep mobile app development skills takes precedence over educational qualifications.
• Flutter
• Native experience on Android or iOS
• Ability to solution and deliver complex user journeys on mobile apps.
• Ability to translate screen mockups from design team into pixel perfect mobile app screens including animations where needed.
