About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong *Flutter Developer Team Lead* to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality mobile applications using Flutter while leading a team of developers and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using *Flutter and Dart*.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
• Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Integrate *REST APIs, third-party APIs, and backend services* into mobile applications.
• Work with state management solutions such as *Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod*.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Identify and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues.
• Participate in application architecture and technical decision-making.
• Manage development tasks, timelines, and deliverables for the team.
• Ensure applications are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.
