Role

You will be part of our 24×7 Global Plantline Service Technical Support Team and managing the direct day-to-day requests received from various customers and internal stakeholders related to Plantline service operations and managing operation part of the remote service tools.

Your Responsibilities
  • Timely response to regional Key Account Managers and Sales Manager requests related to Plantline agreement services.
  • System production requests, Bomgar and McAfee user support.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Onboarding of sites to McAfee ePO server and assigning policy.
  • Compliance check regularly and escalate it to next level support.
  • Escalate complicated issues to senior levels.
  • Deliver PlantLine activity report, follow-up report, and monthly summary reports with high quality.
  • Preparation of monthly reports in McAfee ePO reporting tools, creating custom dashboards using queries or using PowerBI.
  • Co-ordinate with PLMs and frontline support team.
  • Drive improvement and efficiency.
What You Bring
  • High proficiency in working with IT systems.
  • Experience with any of the antivirus software solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience in working with Power BI and any other reporting tools will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn new products within a short span of time.
Education Qualification

Graduate / Diploma (IT/Computer Science / Electronics / Instrumentation)

Experience

3+ years of experience related to IT Operations, Automation, and Controls.
