Porch Group in India is hiring a FlexFund Support Representative to assist clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, addressing inquiries, guiding them through processes, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems for a seamless experience.

In this remote, night-shift aligned role, you will manage order workflows end-to-end, identify and report issues, communicate effectively with US-based teams, and maintain high standards of QA and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The FlexFund Support Representative is responsible for supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle by addressing inquiries, managing order workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless client experience while identifying opportunities to improve processes and system performance.

What you’ll do as a FlexFund Support Representative

• Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and guiding them through processes.
• Analyze incoming requests and determine the most effective and appropriate solutions.
• Manage order workflows from creation to completion, ensuring timely processing and proper handling.
• Ensure accuracy of order details across internal systems.
• Identify, analyze, and report system bugs or operational issues based on daily workflow observations; ensure proper documentation and timely escalation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve order-related concerns.

What You Will Bring As A FlexFund Support Representative

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, reporting tools, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven Experience working with US based business teams.
• Completion of daily, weekly, monthly tickets received.
• Ensuring tickets are completed within one business day.
• Consistent and reliable availability during scheduled work hours.
• Accuracy and completeness of work per QA standards.
• Positive satisfaction results from agents and clients.

This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: ₹ 4, 50,000 – ₹ 6, 30,000 INR Annually
