Porch Group is seeking a FlexFund Support Representative based in India, operating remotely with overlapping U.S. business hours. You will support clients through the transaction lifecycle, process orders, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM, reporting tools, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven Experience working with US based business teams.
• Completion of daily, weekly, monthly tickets received.
• Ensuring tickets are completed within one business day.
• Consistent and reliable availability during scheduled work hours.
• Accuracy and completeness of work per QA standards.
• Positive satisfaction results from agents and clients.

Job Summary

The FelxFund Support Representative is responsible for supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle by addressing inquiries, managing order workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: ₹ 4, 50,000 – ₹ 6, 30,000 INR Annually
