Job summary

Unison Group is seeking a testing lead in India to manage SIT/UAT, regression testing, and business simulations within a banking software environment.

You will coordinate data migration mapping, cutover planning, and post-implementation support while collaborating with onsite consultants, offshore teams, and client IT staff to ensure smooth delivery of Islamic banking solutions powered by Flexcube 14.x.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience with SIT and UAT testing.
• Experience in data migration mapping and cutover planning.
• Strong communication with onsite and offshore teams.
• Exposure to Islamic banking modules and Flexcube 14.x.

• Modules include Primary: Islamic CASA, Islamic TD, Islamic Financing, Islamic Trade Finance; Secondary: OBBRN, OBPM, CASA, SI, GL, OBTFPM, ELCM.

Job description

• Lead and manage functional testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Business Simulations
• Assist in data migration mapping, cutover planning, and post-implementation production support
• Collaborate closely with onsite consultants, offshore development teams, and client IT teams to resolve technical issues and deliver customizations
• Actively coordinating with Engineering Teams for bug fixes & product enhancements
• Modules : Primary - Islamic CASA, Islamic TD, Islamic Financing, Islamic Trade Finance. Secondary - OBBRN, OBPM, CASA, SI, GL, OBTFPM, ELCM
• Expertise in Flexcube Version 14.x.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
