Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Associate Business Analyst – IT located in Pune/Chennai.

What a typical day looks like

1. Understands and is competent in a full range of techniques for eliciting business requirements, and demonstrates the ability to select and utilize the most effective approach for each requirement-gathering assignment.
2. Recognizes and effectively engages all stakeholder groups necessary for successful requirements gathering.
3. Facilitates cross-functional business requirement-gathering sessions.
4. Acts as a consultant in guiding the business groups by helping them understand the software applications, SDLC, and change management process.
5. Prepares written Business Requirements Document (BRD) that conforms to department standards, that encompass regulatory, business, user, functional and non-functional requirements as appropriate.
6. Accurately defines dependencies, constraints, assumptions, and risks.
7. Conducts functional testing of the applications to ensure all requirements are met.
8. Coordinate with Business partners and the technical team.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

1. 3 to 5 years of experience as a BA with demonstrated business analysis experience in Supply Chain (Reverse Logistics), Health Care.
2. Understanding of development methodologies (including Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc) and experience in one of the Agile methodologies preferably in SCRUM.
3. Good oral & written communication skills.
4. Experience with business requirements gathering techniques and analysis.
5. Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering, Business Administration or MCA.
6. Working knowledge of MS Visio.
7. Any Agile-based certification is preferred.
