Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and fly fixed-wing drones safely for field operations.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure airworthiness.
• Troubleshoot flight controllers, ESCs, motors, GPS modules, batteries, and other UAV components.
• Assist in integration and testing of payloads, sensors, and communication modules.
• Maintain detailed flight logs, maintenance records, and mission reports.
• Calibrate IMU, compass, GPS, and other onboard systems.
• Support RD activities, prototype testing, and performance evaluations.
• Follow DGCA or internal safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and fly fixed-wing drones safely for field operations.
• Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections, ensuring airworthiness and system readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues related to flight controllers, ESCs, motors, GPS modules, batteries, and other UAV components.
• Assist in the integration and testing of payloads, sensors, communication modules, etc.
• Maintain detailed flight logs, maintenance records, and mission reports.
• Conduct calibration of IMU, compass, GPS, and other onboard systems.
• Support engineering teams in RD activities, prototype testing, and performance evaluations.
• Follow DGCA or internal guidelines for safety and operational protocols.
• Provide technical support to customers or internal teams during demonstrations.
• Ensure proper battery management, charging cycles, and power system health monitoring.
