Job description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Bench Fitter
2. Structural Fitter
3. Knowledge of drawing reading, cutting tools, and parameters
4. Maintaining data sheets for cycle time analysis and reduction
5. Knowledge of handling tools like electrical grinder, weld shaver, different files, hand drilling machine, riveting machine, pipe bender, pipe cutting tools
6. Knowledge of measuring instruments (Tape, Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, Filler gauge) is an added advantage
7. Identifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvement
8. Preparing in-process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM charts
9. Awareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSE
10. TPM and Housekeeping
11. Valuing information received and efforts spent in creating and accessing the right information by the right individuals
12. Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information
