Job summary

Val Organics in India is seeking an assembly technician to fit aircraft components with high precision and accuracy. You will work on mechanical assemblies across teams to maintain standards and drive productivity.

This role requires strong knowledge of mechanical systems, problem-solving, teamwork, and safety awareness. You will train junior team members and uphold rigorous safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety protocols is an asset.
