Qualifikationen

• 1+ year hands-on gym training experience; freshers with strong certification and internships may be considered.
• Recognised fitness certifications (K11, ACE, ISSA, NASM, ACSM, GGFI, REPs or similar).
• Solid knowledge of strength training, fat loss, and functional training.

PEPT Fitness is a fitness centre in Kondhwa, Pune. We want trainers who get members real results and keep them coming back, not trainers who stand at the desk on their phone.

Role & responsibilities

• Coach members on the gym floor: correct form, ensure safety, and keep the floor active and welcoming
• Deliver personal training sessions with structured, progressive workout plans
• Run fitness assessments for new members and set clear goals with them
• Give basic diet and lifestyle guidance that supports each members training
• Convert floor members into PT clients through results and trust, not pressure

Preferred candidate profile

• A recognised fitness certification (K11, ACE, ISSA, NASM, ACSM, GGFI, REPs, or similar)
• 1+ year of hands-on gym training experience; freshers with strong certification and internships may be considered
• Solid knowledge of strength training, fat loss, and functional training
• Good communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
