Job summary

Curefit, Delhi, is seeking an experienced Training Delivery Lead to oversee personal training programs and revenue metrics across a busy gym floor. The role requires strong leadership to ensure trainers adhere to SOPs, maintain high member safety standards, and drive monthly PT targets.

You will coordinate with the Format and Operations team, launch new gym features, and ensure facilities run smoothly. Relevant CPR AED certification and 5+ years of training delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5+ years of training delivery experience.
• Must be certified from an internationally recognized body.
• Active CPR AED certification required.
• Strong motivation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven success in team management and basic administrative skills with good experience with google sheets and google docs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with the Format and Operations Team on all aspects of Training experience and Personal Training revenue.
• Ensure metrics for Training PR, PT PR, PT session completion %, PT renewal %, PT SOP completion %, Trial to pack conversion, Lead generation and monthly revenue targets are achieved.
• Ensure adherence of Personal Trainers and general trainers to all training and workflow SOPs, including leave and shift management.
• Provide sufficient training guidance on the gym floor for members to deliver a safe and effective training experience.
• Facilitate smooth launch of new products and experience features at the gym with proactive member/trainer feedback and insights.
• Take ownership of proper functioning of all gym facilities and steps to maintain them.
• Ensure monthly personal training targets are achieved.
• Deliver high-quality personal training experience by maintaining benchmark PR, pack completion %, and success achievement.

Job description

• To proactively take ownership of the proper working of all gym facilities and take necessary steps to ensure the maintenance of the facility
• To ensure that the sufficient personal training targets are achieved on a monthly basis.
• To deliver great personal training experience to clients by maintaining benchmark PR, Pack completion % and success achievement.

Experience and Skill requirement :
