Job summary

The Apex Group in Hyderabad is seeking a Fund Operations professional to execute the conversion of Private Equity Funds to eFront, coordinating with onshore teams, clients and auditors. You will develop KPIs and ensure controls for fees, waterfalls and claw backs while aligning with client requirements.

You will also set up funds, securities and investors in Investran, eFront, Paxus and related systems, review LP/GP allocations, and propose efficiency improvements across processes to meet tight

• Execute conversion of Private Equity Funds from other accounting applications to eFront.
• Liaise with Onshore team, clients and Auditors on various requirements.
• Develop KPIs to be followed and ensure controls are in place in the process (admin/management fees, waterfall, claw back).
• Review LP/GP allocations and related schedules, including up-to-date integration.
• Complete fund, security and investor setup in accounting systems; ensure data integrity.
• Review LPA and procedures to recommend efficiency improvements.
• Implement fund structures and static data in the accounting system; plan new client setups and transitions.
• Handle adhoc client requests and develop customized reports in Investran and eFront.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Execute conversion of Private Equity Funds from other accounting applications to eFront
• Liaising with Onshore team, clients and Auditors on various requirements.
• Develop various KPIs to be followed and ensure all necessary controls are put in place in the process. review of Admin/Management fees/Waterfall/Claw back calculations etc.
• Review Limited Partner and General Partners/Shareholder Allocation, calculations/schedules-includes integration up to date.
• Complete Fund set-up, Security set-up and investor set-up in accounting systems and complete data
• Review LPA and procedure documents to recommend solutions in order to improve efficiencies.
• Implementation of fund structures and static data onto accounting system. Establish plan for new client setup and transitions.
• Understand and complete adhoc requests from clients.
• Develop customized reports in Investran and eFront to support the client requirements.
• Onboard Investors in Investran, eFront,Paxus and maintain contact details.
• Liaising with multiple stake holders in the organization and ensure the tight deadlines are met. Investran,Geneva, Paxus and Yardi .
