• Prepare Technical Specification, Functional Specification, and High Level Design documents independently.
• Have detailed technical understanding of VisionPLUS Batch and Online Architecture, VisionPLUS Functional Architecture, and Mandatory Parameter configurations.
• Conduct Functional and Technical Specification Walkthroughs with onsite and client teams.
• Perform Impact Analysis of requirements and suggest optimal solutions.
• Maintain high standards in code delivery, unit testing, and continuously learn new skills. Be a good team player.
• Follow Fiserv development methodologies and standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize business impact.
• Lead projects/releases from design to implementation, with hands-on implementation experience.
• Perform SIT/UAT and provide implementation support for assigned projects.
• Possess a good understanding of Cards and Payment domain.
• Manage a team of 5-10 members during design, development, and testing phases.
