An innovative company is seeking a dynamic Product Owner to lead the product strategy and enhance customer experience through automation. This multifaceted role involves collaborating with various teams to identify pain points, streamline processes, and ensure seamless product delivery. Build product strategy and road map in line with the set goals.
Work closely with business and operations teams to understand respective pain points and address them through automation in processes to ensure an awesome customer experience.
Own all aspects of the product right from ideation, requirement understanding/gathering, cross-function impact analysis, exhaustive use case/story identification, building wireframes, related documentation, plan customer communication, and drive it closely with the Technology team through development, QA, UAT, and finally adoption at operations/end customer’s end.
Create and maintain reporting dashboards as a one-stop view of daily transactions/operations.
Ensure end-to-end delivery of work at all phases. This may involve analyzing problems at hand (gaps in the processes, systems, etc.), preparing related documents, preparing cost-effective business plans, taking walkthroughs for Development and testing teams, assisting business in UAT, and acting as a single point of contact between all stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis and research.
Analyze market trends and modeled potentials, and accordingly execute actions.
Identify and track metrics that support overall objectives.
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to generate ideas and identify ideas that align with strategy.
Lead team meetings, manage backlogs, and prioritize work.
Streamline gaps in the business process.
Explore the KPIs that leading companies use to measure the success of their business.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to create clear and concise documentation of requirements for new features/functionality.
Partner with engineering teams to translate the requirements into stories and further breakdown to engineering specifications.
Build strong cross-departmental collaborative relationships with stakeholders that generate positive feedback, including engaging program stakeholders in the goal-setting process, defining high-level priorities, keeping them in the loop, and ensuring smooth execution amongst them.
Monitor key performance metrics, clearly communicate what the numbers represent, and provide insights to drive product development recommendations.
This is a cross-functional role, where the incumbent will be required to work in close interaction with various business teams, operations teams, other product owners, technology teams, and external vendors for API integration, etc.
