Joblet-AI is seeking a highly motivated Firmware Engineering Coordinator to join our growing remote team. You will shape operations, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results within your area, blending big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers on new features, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure performance and security standards while managing schedules and cross-team communication in a fully remote, flexible work

Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in a relevant functional role.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.
• Excellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication.
• Solid understanding of Git version control.
