Job summary

EY in India Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Manager to drive end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations within our Technology Consulting practice. You will serve as a techno-functional solution architect, guiding clients through design, development, testing and deployment while ensuring quality and alignment with standards.

The role requires leading small teams, collaborating with onshore and client stakeholders, and willingness to travel onsite as needed, with deep expertise in Oracle EPM

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EPM implementations and should have completed 5+ implementation projects in Oracle EPM products.
• Experience developing AOP/budget/forecast models using Oracle EPM modules such as Consolidation, Financials, Workforce, Projects, Capital, Strategic Modelling etc.
• Strong knowledge of Essbase and calc scripts/Calc manager (e.g., Outline design, member formula, calc scripts, MaxL scripts, MDX Queries)
• Expertise in Oracle EPM cloud functionality such as data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task lists, smart lists, workflows, EPM automate etc.
• Extensive experience in developing the calculation scripting and groovy scripts
• Proficient in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions
• Good understanding of financial statements and budgeting and forecasting processes
• Familiar with Planning methodologies such as Driver based Planning, what if Analysis, LRP, Rolling Forecast etc.

The opportunity

We’re looking for Managers with expertise in Oracle cloud EPM to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Financial transformation using EPM/ or Fintech products.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in other Oracle EPM cloud solutions such as EPCM/PCMCS, NR/EPRCS, EDMCS, FCCS etc.
• Exposure to key EPM technologies in the market such as OneStream, Tagetik, etc.
• Strong functional understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards and reporting requirements of a typical CFO function
• Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients
• Proven track record of demonstrating end-to-end accountability, exceeding customer expectations and achieve service delivery excellence
