Job description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Maintain accuracy levels of above 98%.
2. Able to meet the set productivity targets.
3. Vendor statement preparation.
4. Research credits and returns.
5. Research payment holds.
6. Process and perform quality checks for matched invoices.
7. Process accruals and payments.
8. Perform month-end reconciliation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Desired skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar BPO environment or more than 2 years as an Accounting Analyst.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, including participation in lean projects, quality circles, and creative work groups.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar desktop applications.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Typing speed of 25-30 w.p.m with 90% accuracy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Desired skills:

• Same as basic qualifications, emphasizing experience and skills in finance, accounting, and process improvement methodologies.
