Qualifications

Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Finance professionals to join our Finance Operations team.

In this role, you will support financial decision-making by collecting and analyzing

operational and financial data, reconciling transactions, and contributing to financial

planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support month-end and period-end financial close activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Review and reconcile financial transactions.
• Assist in annual operating plan (AOP) and budget preparation.
• Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Support scenario planning and financial performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required Skills

• Domain expertise in Controllership,Core Finance, or FP&A.
• Experience in Period-End Close.
• Experience in Annual Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS 15 & IFRS 16.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
• Experience in third-party/shared services environment preferred.
• Willing to work in Flexible/Night Shifts.
• Candidates experience in FMCG, Retail, or Tobacco industries will be strongly preferred.
