Qualifikationen

• CA qualification (2022) and ability to translate data into insights.

• Support annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business performance and financial drivers.
• Partner with business teams on planning, performance tracking, and decision‑making.
• Support leadership with data‑backed analysis for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, analysis, and business processes.
• Leverage data and technology to improve reporting efficiency and decision‑making.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or AI‑led analytics will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience in the Retail / Consumer sector is preferred.
• Strong exposure to financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a business‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret financial and business data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified in 2022.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, business performance, and commercial decision‑making.
