Job summary

TriNet in Hyderabad, India is seeking a results-driven FP&A Analyst to provide budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for assigned business units. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, analyze variances, and support strategic initiatives across teams.

The role requires 2+ years in FP&A, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with Anaplan and Tableau; CPA/CMA preferred but not required. This is an in-office position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Public company experience preferred.
• Understanding of PEO, CLTV and CTS concepts preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Anaplan and Tableau experience preferred but not required.
• High accuracy, organized, and professional standards.

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as required.
• Track and forecast contractor expenses by resource from multiple data sources.

This role provides budgets, forecasts, and financial reports & analyses for assigned department(s) and/or member(s) of the management team. This role also assists in analyzing strategic endeavors, new business opportunities, customer profitability, long-term forecasting, new product ROI, and other ad hoc projects as required.
