The role focuses on budgets, forecasts, P&L variance analysis, and building dashboards in Power BI to drive data-driven decisions across internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of FP&A, MIS reporting, or business finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• MBA/CFA/CMA preferred; BFSI experience is a plus.

Job Title: FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Perform P&L analysis and budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Develop financial dashboards using Power BI and automate reporting.
• Prepare management reports and quarterly board presentations.
• Build financial models and provide business insights for decision-making.
• Conduct peer performance analysis and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. MBA Finance / CFA / CMA preferred.

Experience:

3-4 years in FP&A, MIS Reporting, or Business Finance. BFSI experience preferred.
