Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks a Chartered Accountant to assist in developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. You will prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and support variance analysis.

You will collaborate with business units to understand financial needs, monitor KPIs, and develop MIS reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• CA required with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in financial modeling and reporting beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for management insights.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, including monthly performance reviews and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with business units to understand financial needs and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
• Analyze data from various sources to provide insights for operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Work with IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports.
• Support development and enhancement of financial systems and tools, including automation of reporting processes and integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial systems and reporting tools, coordinating with stakeholders as needed
