Job summary

ATMS, a leader in outsourced CFO services for small and medium-sized businesses, is looking for a Manager in their Finance department. This full-time role focuses on preparing key financial reports, managing budgets, and conducting critical financial analyses, requiring a B.COM, M.COM, CA Dropout, or MBA Finance. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are preferred, and residency in Mumbai or near Thane is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or business consulting is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics for management review.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports for decision-making support.
• Assist in financial budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
• Conduct cash flow analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Work on variance analysis comparing actual vs. budgeted performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for project evaluation, scenario analysis, and business planning.
• Support investment and funding decisions with detailed profitability and ROI analyses.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with TDS, GST, and other statutory regulations.
