Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Associate to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team under the CFO department. The role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis
• Work closely with different departments for data collection and planning
• Prepare MIS reports and management presentations
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com, M.Com, BAF, BMS)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling)
