Job summary

Riveron India is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Corporate Finance needs and growth initiatives. The role collaborates with Accounting, Operations, HR, Scheduling, Corporate Development and executive management.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in finance or accounting with 1–3 years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and data storytelling skills. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 1–3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with PowerBI, NetSuite, or OpenAir is a plus.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial and operational reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare committee and board meeting materials (monthly/quarterly).
• Assist in month-end close package and P&L review.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Contribute to automation and improvement of reporting processes and models.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly budget vs actual analyses.

Job description

Riveron is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Corporate Finance needs, and to support execution of key initiatives that directly align with Riveron’s growth. This role will frequently work with Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Scheduling, Corporate Development and various other internal teams such as executive-level management.

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting
• 1-3 years of relevant experience within Big 4, FP&A or Corporate Finance
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Experience with a professional services firm/client preferred but not required
• Experience with a private equity backed portfolio company/client preferred but not required
• Experience with PowerBI, NetSuite, OpenAir, or similar data visualization / reporting tool is a plus
• MBA / CPA is a plus
• You display strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can create compelling stories from data
• You are independent, self-motivated and have a passion for developing/maintaining stakeholder relationships
• You enjoy introducing efficiency improvements into recurring workstreams
• You thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic and fast-paced work environment

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial and operational reporting packages to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of various committee (monthly) and board (quarterly) meeting materials
• Assist in month-end close procedures (namely preparation of the Company’s month-end close package and profit & loss review)
• Provide various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support Executive leadership/functional leader decision-making
• Provide recommendations and contribute to automation and improvement of existing financial reporting processes and financial models
• Provide support in the annual formation of the Company’s budget and assist in monthly budget vs actual
