Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to drive short and long-term financial planning and analysis for our operations in India. You will build models, analyze P&L, working capital, costs, and revenues, and forecast future performance to support strategic decisions.

The role requires delivering accurate financial insights, partnering with business teams, and improving day-to-day processes. A proactive communicator with strong Excel skills is essential.

Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis work focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. This includes:

• Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.)
• Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.)
• Financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities

Positions on this level have comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline or the broader area in which the position operates. Executes specialized projects and activities and typically works according to set principles. Usually generates and initiates own workload and doesn’t need instructions or guidelines. Might supervise work of less experienced professionals providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end-product. Positions at this level are expected to significantly improve the day-to-day activities/processes.

Manages and oversees the implementation of short-term activities within the team. Decisions are of an operational nature within a defined scope. Positions on this level delivers their share of professional responsibilities focusing on professional excellence. Typically manages a team of Individual Contributor co-workers.
