You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing a companys financial performance. It helps in making informed business decisions by evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights. What are we looking for

• Project Setup & Data Entry: Assist with setting up new project codes/jobs in the accounting system and accurately inputting project-related financial data.
• Project Financial Management: Reviewing and evaluating project charges for accuracy, managing project costs and revenue collection, and performing cost transfers.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Assisting in establishing and updating project budgets, investigating variances, and generating reports for project managers and management review.
• Cost Tracking & Budgeting: Monitor project expenditures, help track costs against budgets, and identify potential overruns.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare basic financial reports, generate status updates for Project Managers, and assist with month-end close activities.
• Compliance & Support: Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and assist senior accountants or project managers as needed.
• Collaboration & Support: Serving as a point of contact for project managers to troubleshoot financial issues, providing guidance, and coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams like billing and accounts payable.
• Documentation & Auditing: Maintaining accurate project accounting records and preparing information for internal and external audits.
