Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst specialized in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support finance operations. You will collect operational data, perform analyses, and reconcile transactions to influence budgeting and forecasting decisions.

The role requires 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A/controllership, strong MS Office skills, and ability to work in a 3rd party culture with flexible/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in Controllership/Core finance (RTR)/FP&A.
• Experience on Period end close.
• Ability to manage annual plan, budgeting and forecasting.
• Good understanding of P&L, B/s and Cash flow.
• Good knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Basic Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards, IFRS 15 & IFRS 16.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems in finance operations.
• Interact with peers within Accenture and with clients as needed.
• Contribute to daily work with minimal instruction and support new assignments.
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and reconciliation of transactions.
• Work in rotational shifts and participate in team deliverables.

What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. What are we looking for?
