Job summary

Alter Domus in Hyderabad is seeking a data-savvy professional to support the management of alternative investments and deliver high-quality client service. You will oversee funds, perform portfolio analysis, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

The role involves cross-border coordination, data reconciliation, and ongoing learning within Alter Domus Academy and related programs. An accounting/finance-related degree is preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Client’s activities in the management of Alternative Investments and ensure high-level customer service.
• Process and oversee Clients’ Alternative Investments funds.
• Perform portfolio analysis, monitoring, risks management and reporting.
• Exchange data flows with Client platforms and perform reconciliation.
• Be an expert in alternative investments data management and portfolio reporting.
• Grow as data-driven professional and implement innovations.
• Analyze and onboard new Clients’ datasets.
• Mentor and train team members and coordinate with international teams.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Client’s activities in the management ofAlternativeInvestments, ensure high level customer service;


• Process and oversee Clients’ AlternativeInvestments funds ;


• Perform portfolio analysis and monitoring, risks management and reporting;


• Exchange data flows with Client’s platforms and performreconciliation process;

• Analyze and onboard new Clients’ dataset;


• Mentoring, managing workloads and training of team members preferred;


• Interact and coordinate with international teams and stakeholders across multiple countries, driving cross-border alignment and ensuring consistent service delivery;

YOUR PROFILE

What we’ll look for on your CV:

• Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Economics or other similar education;


• More than 2 years experience in Private Equity, Real Estate or Debt Fund;


• Highly organized and proactive, with follow-through on commitments;


• Personal and professional integrity;


• Strong work ethic, responsiveness and passion for customer service and quality;


• Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills;


• Ability to independently research and resolve problems;


• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
