Job summary

Alter Domus, a world-leading provider in the alternative investment industry, is seeking a Salesforce-focused professional to monitor data quality and develop dashboards. You will work with the global Sales & RM team, test developments, and support Salesforce administration.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of Salesforce experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• 5 years’ experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of the alternative industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry-out regular data monitoring on Salesforce to ensure high data quality on our CRM system.
• Develop, improve and maintain Salesforce dashboards, including CRM Analytics dashboards.
• Provide assistance with Salesforce support requests and testing of new developments.
• Support in overall Salesforce administration and generate commercial reports from Salesforce data.
• Train new users on Salesforce and suggest improvements to increase data quality and adoption.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carry-out regular data monitoring on salesforce to ensure high data quality is maintained on our CRM system


• Develop, Improve and maintain Salesforce Dashboards, including CRM Analytics Dashboards


• Work with the global Sales & RM team to provide assistance in dealing with salesforce support requests


• Undertake detailed testing for all salesforce development being rolled-out


• Support in overall Salesforce administration


• Play an important role in the various Commercial Reports that are prepared by Sales Operations from Salesforce data


• Train new users on Salesforce


• Suggest Salesforce improvements and automations to further improve data quality and adoption of CRM;


• Assist in sales data analysis that is done on a regular basis by the Sales Operations team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics;


• 5 years’ experience with Salesforce;


• Knowledge and experience within the alternative industry will be seen as an added benefit;


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with internal parties;


• Sales oriented thought process and skills;


• Strong analytical skills;


• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment;


• Familiarity with MS Office programs;


• Excellent attention to detail;


• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team;


• Willingness to learn and further develop within sales operations field of expertise.
