MediBuddy in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate in Financial Operations to manage end-to-end Pre-Authorization activities. You will coordinate with hospitals, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and provide seamless patient financial support.

The role emphasizes handling Pre-Auth requests, maintaining case status, and ensuring timely responses within SLAs, while supporting counselling and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in Hospital Billing, Insurance, TPA, or Healthcare Operations.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance and Pre-Authorization processes.
• Good communication and MS Office skills.
