Job summary

PERI is seeking an experienced FP&A/Financial Controlling professional to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis. You will prepare analyses and management presentations to support business decisions and develop dashboards using ERP and BI tools.

The role requires collaboration with global Finance teams and drive for automation and process improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Finance Controlling, strong analytical skills, and fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis in a global/shared services setup.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis, preferably in a global or shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Fluent English communication skills with a proactive, ownership‑driven, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones and support international business operations when required.
