Job summary

James Douglas is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial governance, controllership, and treasury across a multi-entity organization. You will own end-to-end controllership, drive monthly closes, and steer financial reporting with a focus on robust governance.

The role requires CA certification, with MBA Finance as an added advantage, and 10-15+ years’ experience in finance operations and leadership, including multi-entity consolidation, audits, and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• CA mandatory; MBA Finance considered an added advantage.

• Experience in multi-entity consolidation, treasury, audits, and tax compliance.

One of our clients, a family office & an investment and impact platform, is looking to hire a senior finance leader to oversee financial governance, controllership, and treasury across a multi-entity organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial controllership, ensuring accuracy of books across multiple entities
• Lead monthly close, consolidated MIS, financial reporting, and treasury management
• Oversee statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings while managing external advisors
• Strengthen finance controls, policies, systems, and governance frameworks
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations

Qualifications

• CA is mandatory; MBA Finance is an added advantage
• 10-15+ years of experience in finance controllership or finance operations, including leadership roles
• Strong experience in multi-entity consolidation, treasury, audits, and tax compliance
