Job summary

Magic Circle Partners is seeking a Financial Controller for a client in the Automotive Manufacturing sector in Bengaluru. You will manage day-to-day accounts, support financial planning, forecast budgets and maintain cash flow while ensuring government compliance across activities.

The role requires hands-on SAP and Excel expertise, and leadership of a 10–12 member finance team in a mid-to-large organisation with ₹1,000 Cr+ turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency with current financial software
• Industry: Manufacturing, with a preference for electronics or assembly-based products that involve 10-15+ vendors. Not from the paper or cement industry
• Company size: Mid to large organisations (₹1,000 Cr+ turnover)
• Systems: Hands-on SAP experience and Excel
