Naukri Assist in Ahmedabad, India, seeks an experienced Finance Controller to lead financial planning, reporting and audit coordination across the group.

The role requires SAP proficiency, CA certification, and strong leadership to drive governance, internal controls, cash flow management, and strategic initiatives while ensuring timely board and audit committee communications.

Experience in financial due diligence and end-to-end consolidation is preferred.

• Prepare monthly dashboards focusing on overall book hygiene.
• Review Financial Statements.
• Coordinate site activities and align processes.
• Ensure adherence to yearly audit planning.
• Prepare board presentations and Audit Committee meetings.
• Ensure compliance of related party transactions.
• Oversee migration of new entity/process.
• Act as technical advisor to FCs/CFOs.
• Conduct financial due diligence of target entities.
• Ensure internal controls alignment.
• Validate compliance like XBRL/DPT 3.
• Coordinate cash flow planning, budgeting, MIS, and training.
• Recommend best practices for timelines, governance, compliance; promote financial well-being.
• Execute strategic initiatives for projects.
• Validate Group Guidelines.
• End-to-end coordination for annual reports.
• Omnibus approvals and limit maintenance for related party transactions.
• Ensure CAPEX monitoring and capitalization review timely.

Role & responsibilities

• FC:
• Monthly dashboards for focusing on overall book hygiene
• Ensuring Review of Financial Statements
• Site co-ordinations and Process alignment
• Ensure adherence to yearly audit planning
• Ensure Board Presentation and Audit Committee meetings
• Regulatory compliance of Related party transactions
• Ensuring end to end migration of newly acquired entity / process
• Acting as technical advisory to FCs / CFOs
• Financial Due Diligence of target entity (Financial analysis part)
• Ensure adherence to Internal Controls processes alignment
• Validation of compliances i.e. XBRL / DPT 3 etc.
• Coordinate understanding business issues, planning cash flow, budgeting & MIS, and training
• Recommend best practices to ensure project timelines, governance & compliance, and promote the company's financial well-being
• Execute strategic key initiatives for overall project
• Validation of Group Guidelines
• End to end co-ordination for annual reports
• Omnibus approvals and limit maintenance for related party transactions
• Ensure CAPEX monitoring and capitalisations review on timely basis
