Adani Ports and SEZ is seeking an experienced Finance Leader to oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and governance across monthly to annual closing cycles. You will lead GL activities, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

The role emphasizes process improvements, internal controls, mentoring the finance team, and partnering with business heads to optimize costs and support strategic decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze financial results and provide management insights on business performance.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Monitor budget utilization and identify variances.
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and financial efficiency.
• Support business heads with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
• Conduct profitability analysis, cost control reviews, and business performance assessments.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
• Ensure efficient utilization of funds and optimize cash management.
• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
• Coordinate audits, tax assessments, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and external consultants.
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management frameworks.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
