Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst in Mumbai to contribute to preparation, review, and submission of regulatory filings such as FRY-9C, FRY-9LP, FRY-12, FRY-15, and FFIEC 009. You will work with US CFO team and regional partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

You will analyze the impact of new regulatory rules, present quarterly analytics, and help maintain data lineage and internal controls across the reporting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulatory or financial reporting experience in a regulatory or finance reporting function.
• Knowledge of accounting requirements and reporting standards.
• Eagerness to learn new regulatory frameworks and rapidly grasp complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory report filings with regulatory bodies such as FRY-9C, FRY-9LP, FRY-12, FRY-15, and FFIEC 009 and other relevant regulatory reports.
• Assist in analyzing the impact of developing positions and commenting on proposed and final regulatory rules.
• Support the preparation and presentation of quarterly analytics and variance analyses for due diligence with senior management and functional partners.
• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end regulatory report production lifecycle and data lineage.
• Contribute to maintaining a strong focus on internal controls and documentation of procedures and governance for the reports.
• Perform research on changes in new regulatory reporting requirements and accounting standards and their impact on the organization’s reporting requirements.
• Assist in the identification, escalation, and remediation of data quality enhancements.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams across different regions to ensure seamless reporting and build and maintain strong working relationships with the onshore US CFO team.
