As a Financial Analyst, you will assist with financial planning and budgeting, analyze financial statements and be responsible for the support and maintenance of our FP&A and Accounting systems, build and validate multiple reports for the Finance teams, make sure various integrations are supported and maintained, and keep up‑to‑date knowledge of system needs for customization and integration. Impact In This Role

You will report to the Manager FP&A.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be responsible for the support, planning, analysis, and delivery of our key financial tools, as well as running and maintaining their integration with other Fictiv’s systems.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the planning tools are up and running and to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Assist with the recurring forecasting, budgeting, and month‑end close.
  • Automate data retrieval tasks via reports & dashboards.
  • Lead or participate in the development and implementation of new systems and new reports and administer those reports going forward.
  • Maintain an in‑depth understanding of existing business application architecture, including integrations and data structures.
  • Identify the data needs for Financial tasks and communicate with Data teams and other business partners to close the gaps.
  • Troubleshoot problems that Finance’s teams encounter with Fictiv’s tools and systems, including but not limited to the planning tools, NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and Sigma.
  • Interface with external software vendors for product issues, troubleshooting and resolution; initiating Service Requests (SR’s) as necessary with other 3rd Party Vendors.
  • Liaise and act as representative for Fictiv FP&A to other systems teams within the organization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered around existing systems.
Desired Traits
  • 3‑5 years in a similar role, preferred at a technology or manufacturing related business.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Required experience with implementation and management of financial planning systems such as Hyperion/NSPB or Anaplan.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP systems (required); experience with Salesforce, Odoo, Sigma (desirable).
  • Skills in tools for efficiently querying large databases.
  • Expertise with MS Office suite and G Suite.
  • Understanding of Financial Statements and Finance and Accounting principles.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, willing to learn, strong sense of accountability, and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Must work well under pressure, be sensitive to deadlines, be able to interact in a team environment, be able to adapt quickly to change, and possess excellent analytical, problem‑solving and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate solutions for system issues to the stakeholders.
